Fountain. Early C18, the sculpture by Giuliano Mozani, re-arranged late
C19. Late C19 shaped stone basin. Carved marble figures. Pluto and
Proserpine to centre on an upturned shell, with flanking infant tritons
on winged horses, encircled by 6 figures of tritons and other sea
creatures holding conch shells. Originally part of a fountain at the
Ducal Palance at Colorno, near Parma, together with statuary from the
Fountain of Triton and Nereids.
