Manor house and adjoining stable. c.1675 and early C18 with mid
C19 additions. Re-roofed and reduced in height c.1920. Brick,
rendered, with pantile and slate roofs. Rubble plinth, single
coped gable. Remains of first floor and eaves bands. Single
ridge and 2 gable stacks. 2 storeys, 6 bays. Single range with
gabled and lean-to rear additions. Windows are mainly early C20
cross casements. Main south front has off-centre door flanked to
left by 2 and to right by 4 casements. To right, beyond boundary
wall and late C19 stable, partly roofless, with 3 stable doors
and above them, off-centre casement. Above, 6 casements. Stable
has an off-centre hatch and 7 breathers. West gable has to left,
C19 addition with a casement. Lean-to single bay outbuilding in
return angle. Rear elevation has off-centre stair turret with a
casement. Rear additions have irregular C19 and C20
fenestration. Stable has to rear, large late C20 wooden shed
flanked to left by 3 breathers and a hatch. To its right,
casement flanked by single doors. Above, 2 hatches alternating
with 4 breathers. To right, a door. Interior has cross-passage
with portions of linenfold panelling. Notable dogleg stair with
landings. Square newels and wavy splat balusters. Moulded
handrail. 3 plank and 3 early C19 panelled doors. 2 early C19
timber fireplaces.
