Welland Lodge
II
Circa 1840 substantial red brick house with earlier rear range. Main range 2-storey
with low pitched roof and stone parapet, raised over centre. Stone cornice.
Originally 3 window range of glazing bar sashes with stone voussoirs. Pilastered
doorcase with entablature. Panelled door. Rectangular fanlight with marginal glazing
bars. Matching one window range extension to south is modern addition. Rear range
later C18 brick with hipped north gable. Irregular fenestration.
