Dated 1913. By H H Dunn. Ashlar faced. 7 bays, the 1st and last being
set forward and are also rusticated. 3 storeys and basement. Rusticated
ground floor with arched windows in each bay. Ionic half-columns through
1st and 2nd storeys, sash windows with glazing bars and architrave surrounds.
Cornice, balustraded parapet, roof not visible.
