An early C19 house with a buff coloured brick front and a stuccoed addition
at the west end. The front has a parapet and a paired modillion cornice. 2
storeys. The main block is 4 window range and the addition is 1 window range,
3-light double-hung sashes with glazing bars. A Tuscan porch projects on the
front, with a modillion cornice. A 6-panel door has a plain fanlight. The
porch is flanked by semi-circular 3 windowed bays. Roof slate, hipped with
a bracketted eaves soffit.
