No 216 (Twining's)
Tea merchant's shop front. Early C19. Stucco. Portico to Twining's Tea
Warehouse. 1 storey. 1 window wide. Recessed double glazed and panelled door
in architrave. The opening is framed by Grecian columns supporting entablature
with blocking course and raised central die surmounted by lion and flanked by
seated Chinamen, framed by open pediment set against stucco parapet with cornice
and blocking course.
