1/46 Conduit House, in Belton
Park

G.V. II

Conduit House; early C19; coursed rubble sandstone with limestone ashlar
dressings; slate roof. Single storey; plain wooden door with stone lintel
to north gable; one blocked window opening to west side. Cro w stepped
gable with moulded coping stones and pointed finial. Kneelers are inscribed
on north east side "J. Bain" and on south east side "W. Gregory Evernon".
