Late C18/early C19. A terrace of modest 2 storey ccoutsed stone houses, probably built by Strutts. Hipped old slate roof overall, brick stacks. Two windows each except No 8 which has one to Well Lane and another at side. Generally sashes or iron casements. Facade of No l1 now rendered. No 12a modern glazing in earlier sash spaces. Stone garden wall on eastern street boundary contains recess for pump.
