TR 14 NW ELMSTEAD -

1/113 Little Holt Farm

Farmhouse. C17 or earlier, with late C18 or early C19 facade and
later alterations. Probably timber framed. Ground floor red and
grey brick in Flemish bond, with straight-joint and slight recess
towards right end. First floor tile-hung. Plain tile roof. 1½ storeys
on rendered plinth. Hipped roof. Brick gable-end stack to left and
red and grey brick stack slightly to right of centre. Three flat-
roofed through-dormers with two-light casements and top lights; two
to left and one to right of stack. One single-light and three two-
light casements to ground floor. Boarded door within small gabled
porch with weatherboarded sides and two slender octagonal columns,
under stack. Brick lean-to to rear. Interior not inspected.
