1846. 2 storeys, 3 windows. Fairly low-pitched hipped slate roof with eaves
soffit. Red brick. Gauged brick arches to sash windows with glazing bars,
those on ground floor tripartite. Side windows in 2-storey recessed panels.
6-panel door, top glazed, in stuccoed entablature surround with cornice hood.
