Mill-house, late C18 or early C19, red brick with some chequered
brick, mansard slate roof and end stacks. Two storeys and attic,
double fronted. Two dormers, 2-window range of sashes, cambered
heads to ground floor, and central 6-panel door in gabled porch.
Raised band. Rear wing with mansard half-hipped roof. Lower
rear wing with hipped Bridgwater-tile roof.
Rowde Mill is probably on site of one of the two Domesday mills in
Rowde, the early to mid C19 water-mill opposite the house (in
Bromham C.P.) is derelict (1986). Formerly listed under Cock
Road.
