3 houses, now offices. c1791, with mid C19 and late C20
alterations and additions. Brick with rendered and
colourwashed ground floor to north side, with ashlar dressings
and hipped slate roof with single ridge, gable and rear wall
stacks.
Plinth, first floor sillband, wooden eaves cornice. 2 storeys;
4 x 3 windows. Windows are mainly plain sashes. North front,
to Norfolk Row, has 4 windows and above, 3 similar windows,
all with keystone lintels. Central Classical stone doorcase
with engaged Doric columns and open pediment. C20 glazed door
with fanlight. To left, 2 windows and to right a single
window, all with keystone lintels. Left return, to Norfolk
Street (renumbered), has to right a 3-storey canted bay window
with 3 plain sashes on the upper floors, with brick flat
arches, and below, central C20 glazed double door flanked by
single C20 windows. To left, 2 plain sashes on the upper
floors, with brick flat arches, and below, C20 glazed double
door.
