Terrace of 3 houses. c1770. Rendered coursed limestone rubble,
No.74 unrendered, with brick party wall stacks and stone slate
roof. Double-depth plan.
Each of 2 storeys; 1-window range. Ashlar plinths, cambered
heads to the ground floor, Nos 70 and 72 with outer doors,
No.74 a right-hand door, No.70 has late C20 door and
casements, Nos 72 and 74 with panelled doors and late C19
2/2-pane sashes in exposed frames.
