Terrace of 4 houses now in use as offices, forming part of a
longer terrace the rest now demolished. Early C19. Brick with
low pitched Welsh slate roof.
3 storeys, 12-window range, with 3 windows to each unit.
Doorway to left in first 3 houses, to the right in the
right-hand unit, all 6-panelled doors with overlights, up
steps and in moulded architraves with Ionic shafts and flat
entablatures. Windows are 15-pane sashes to first floor,
12-panes to ground floor, and 9-panes in attic storey, all
with flat-arched gauged brick heads. Painted stone plinth and
aprons to ground-floor windows. Continuous sill-band to first
floor. Plain wood eaves cornice. Return elevation to Upper
Cleminson Street of 2 windows, then paired windows in further
projecting rear-wing. End wall stacks.
