2 houses, combined into one, now in use as nursing home.
c1830. Stucco with hipped Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys over
basement, 7-window range with angle pilasters. Ionic portico
porch to left of centre, in slightly advanced bay. Windows all
renewed in original openings with continuous sill-band to
first floor. Similar 3-window return to Murray Street, also
with central Ionic portico porch. Plain wood eaves cornice.
Axial stack.
