Early C19. Grey gault brick. Probably converted from 2 houses. Stucco
bands at 1st floor and eaves levels. 2 storeys and attic, 4 windows, sashes
with glazing bars, 4 dormers behind a broken parapet. The windows on the
east side of the street front are set closer together. Tuscan porch probably
added later, door surround with 4 Ionic pilasters and semi-elliptical fanlight.
Slate roof.
