Fine example of a very small town house. Dated 1701 W.R.H.
Local brown brick with pantile mansard roof and gable parapets.
Two storeys with attics. Parapet with stone coping, moulded
gauged red brick cornice band with dentil enrichment, gauged
band between floors, and cambered window arches to two first
floor and one ground floor, flush framed, twelve-paned hung sash
windows with stone cills. Brick plinth. Wooden doorcase with
reeded pilasters and blind round-headed fanlight in broken
pediment, C18 half-glazed, panelled door. Plain lead rainwater
head. Interior has fielded panelling and staircase with
'Chinese' balustade at first floor.
