A C19 brick house, renovated in the C20 and now cement rendered in Tyrolean
finish. 2 storeys and attics. 2 window range, double-hung sashes with
single vertical glazing bars, in plain reveals. Roofs tiled, C20, with
2 C20 flat headed dormers. Included for group value.

Nos 54 to 64 (even), Ely Maltings, & No 68 (Malting cottage0 form a group with
Nos 51 to 53 (consec), Malthouse adjoing No 53, Quay house, & No 55 and the
house adjoining No 55 Waterside.
