Cottage and outbuilding. Early C18 with C19 addition. Plastered cob walls. Thatch roof gabled to left end hipped to right. Large projecting rendered cob stack in decreasing courses at left-hand end with brick shaft.
Plan: 2-room plan-larger heated room to left, small service room to right. C19
outbuilding [the property of Hideaway Cottage] attached at left-hand end and outshut in front of right-hand end.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 1-window front of C19 small-paned 2-light
casements to left on each floor. C19 lean-to in front of right-hand side with C20 glass leanto porch in angle. Single storey outbuilding [the property of Hideaway Cottage] attached at left-hand end.
Interior: The left-hand room has large stone rubble fireplace with chamfered timber bressumer with run-out stops and oven with stone shelf and C19 iron door.
