2/47 Little Modbury Farmhouse

Farmhouse. C17 and C19. Rendered, asbestos-cement slate roof to gabled ends.
Two storeys, 4 windows, all 2-light, C19 glazing bar casements; central C20
glazed door in glazed flat-roofed C20 porch extension. Large stack, left gable,
small ridge stack between bays 3 and 4. Interior partly inspected, retains
circular wood stair in turret, and one large slate bressumaer fireplace, but
late C20 floor joists and staircase to centre section. A modest building,
possibly of cross-passage origins, much modified later.
