House in row. Late C18 or early C19. Rendered and scribed as ashlar, slate
roof, hipped to left. Two storeys, 2 windows; 16-pane sash to ground floor and
12-pane above, all to moulded architraves. Off-centre, left, on 5 rendered
steps to wrought iron handrails with wreathing to urn standards, a 4-pane
part-glazed flush door in plain pilaster surround with consoles and cornice.
Plinth. Ground floor windows with internal shutters.
