GV II

Inn. C18 or earlier, but much modified C19. Rendered and scribed, slate roof,
asbestos-cement slate back slope. Two storeys and attic, four windows, 4-pane
or plate glass sashes. At ground floor, left, in architrave, then plank door to
open gabled hood on brackets; to right two canted bay windows to hipped roofs
and square opening with plank doors to throughway. At first floor 4 equally
spaced sashes, not corresponding with windows below. Three flat-roofed dormers
with 2-light casements. At back eaves two very large stacks. Wing in form of
cottage in 2 storeys with casements; small slate on hipped end.
