Broad frontage house in row. c.1840. Smooth rendered, slate roof. Three
storeys, 3 windows. At ground and first floor 16-pane sashes, at second floor
12-pane; at ground floor set to rusticated quoins, voussoirs and vermiculated
keystone, similar first floor but to plain lintel; second floor with plat-band
surrounds. Central 6-panel C20 door under transom light with diamond glazing
bars in fluted non-diminished 'Doric' hall columns to bases and with flat
entablature. Plinth, alternating quoins. Brick stack to right and a 12-pane
sash to attic in gable; further large stack at back, to right.
