Narrow frontage house stepped down from adjoining property. Early C19, possibly
refronting to earlier fabric. Slate hanging, slate roof. Three storeys; to
right a 2-storey canted bay to leaded hipped roof over 2:4:2-pane sashes to
moulded cornices and with slate hung spandrels. Second floor has two 4-pane
sashes, offset to left. To left a portico with slender Doric half columns to
entablature and segmental pediment, 6-panel door to overlight, panelled
reveals. Box eaves. Very similar frontage to No 29 (qv) adjoining, but with
steeper roof pitch, and lower ceiling heights.
