    Situated on a broad upland site approximately 3km SE of Dolanog; reached from a lane NE off the B4382. Farmyard ranges to E; cobbled forecourt with well.

    Located within 200m of New Bridge Mechain, on a minor road from the A.495 to the S side of the Dyffryn Meifod.

    To the south-east of the village of Pontrobert, on the north side of the road to Dolobran; the house set back from the road with garden to front, yard to rear.
  17. II Pont-y-Ffatri (partly in Meifod Community)
    Carrying the road east from Pontrobert to Mathrafal over the Afon Efyrnwy, about 1.5 km east of Pontrobert.

    To west side of the A495 2 km south-west of New Bridge Mechain. Farmyard at rear. Low wall at front with red coping bricks and simple cast-iron railings, gate at centre.

    Carrying the minor road to south-east of Fridd Mathrafal over Yr Hafesp (a tributary stream of Afon Banwy), and about 2 km south-east of Pontrobert village.
