Listing Text

Late 18th century. 2-storey house with single storey wing to
E, each of 2 bays. Rubble with painted ashlar margins.
S ELEVATION: door to right of 2-storey house with decorative
timber porch added. Window flanking to left at ground and to
both bays at 1st floor under eaves. 2 windows to single
storey wing.
W GABLE: 1st floor window to right with small attic window
set close above. Boundary wall pierced at outer left with
window into modern conservatory added at rear.
E GABLES: blank.
12-horizontal-pane glazing pattern to sash and case windows.
Ashlar coping to steeply pitched raised skews of pantiled
roof. Gable end stacks, one brick-repaired.
RETAINING WALLS: rubble coped rubble enclosing garden to rear
and E.
