Circa 1700. 2-storey house (shell only) with irregular 3-bay harled frontage to Church street and return gable to Old Market Place. Small windows in ground floor outer bays; small lst floor centre light or vent blocked; later doorway in S gable. Substantial end stacks; slate roof; crowstepped S gable.

Listed for exterior value only. Interior of building gutted, part used as workshop and part fitted as toilet/wash rooms.
