Listing Text

Mid 19th century, probably incorporating earlier fabric. 2-storey
and attic, 4-bay house, now hotel, with additional bowed and skewed angle bay at E. Harled with painted margins; doorways in outer bays;
4 1st floor windows; 3 late 19th century canted wallhead dormers; 4-pane timber sash and case glazing. 1st floor window with bowed glazing in angle. End stacks; slate roof.

Notes:
Re-set 1732 ashlar datestone in front wall. B Group with Nos 5-13 Sandyhill Road.
