We purchased this in 1983. there is only 2 doors now, 2-4 & 6.We own no:6
The interior retains much of what once was, Still a drapery shop.In 2007 had major rear renovations carried out.Gutters/roof joists/chimney/windows/floor joists/complete repainting of all woodwork outside ( by myself)replaced 3 of the metal decors above rear windows,replaced with concrete ( the metal was rusting/expanding/cracking the walls on a vertical and horizontal line.66 windows in no6,the egg and dart coving has been repainted green and white (myself).
I have worked here for the last 27 years,pleasure to be in this style of shop , only one of 2 in the town of Aberfeldy.
No 2-4 as at 2010 is still owned by original owners.
