History

An C18 cottage shown as a shop and house on the 1829 town plan. It was a butcher's shop in 1886.

Exterior

A 1½-storey 2-window cottage of whitened pebble-dashed walls with slate roof. Openings, including raked half dormers, are offset to the L side and have been replaced. The rear has a central inserted window above a 1-storey projection.

Interior

Modernised.

Listed, notwithstanding modern alteration, as an C18 vernacular house that contributes to the historical integrity of Wexham Street.
