Former wharfhouse. Early C19. 2 storeys. Coursed and dressed rubble. 2+2 windows
to south with timber lintels, except on ground floor to left which has segmental
arched lintel and on ground floor to right which has a large lintel in common with
2 now blocked openings. Double roman tile roof.

Nos 2, 4 and Nos 1 and 3 form a group with the Kings Arms Wyke Road.
