GV II


House, c1840, squared rubble stone with white joints and ashlar
dressings. Slate roof with coped gables and end stacks. Basement
and two storeys, 3-window range of sashes in flush ashlar surrounds
and centre 6-panel door in raised surround with hood on brackets.
Windows are 16-pane each side and 12-pane to centre. Raised ashlar
plinth and angle piers, flush eaves band. Basement windows in
plinth. Rubble stone side walls.
