GV II

Farmhouse. C17. Squared, coursed lias and limestone, with limestone quoins to
stack. Stone slate roof with stone lateral stack with 2 ashlar flues linked by a
moulded cornice. C20 brick ridge stack with stone base. 2 storeys; 3-window
range. L-shaped plan. To centre a plank door with original wood lintel. To left
a C20 three-light casement with old wood lintel. Large shallow projection of
lateral stack to left. To right of door a C20 three-light casement with stone
flat arch. To first floor centre a C19 wood casement with one opening light. To
left and right a C20 casement of 2 and 3 lights. Further C20 casements to right
facade, one with original wood lintel. Below, to cellar, a small 2-light stone
mullioned window. C20 extension or alteration of gabled wing. Interior not
inspected but likely to be of interest.
