Shown on Ordnance Survey map as Catball.
House. C17/early C18. Squared coursed limestone with quoins. Stone-slate roofs
with stone ridge and end stacks. Two 2-unit plans. 2-storey, 4-window range of
2- and 3-light casements with old wood shutters. Stone flat arches and wood
lintels. C20 door with wood lintel to right. C17 plank door to rear. C19
two-storey stone extension to right. Interior: 4-centred arched stone fireplace
with hollow-chamfered surround. Chamfered spine beam with ogee stop. Some stone
flagged floors, Mood window seats with original small windowbuxes on either
side. Some C17 plank doors. Part-restored dog-leg staircase with flat balusters.
