GV II

Three cottages, now house. Late C17 with C20 additions. Regular coursed
ironstone and limestone rubble. Steeply pitched thatched roof. Stone end and
ridge stacks. Stone coped gables. 2 storeys plus attic. Wing to left: 2-,3- and
4-light wood-mullioned and casement windows with wood lintels, wrought-iron
casement fasteners, springs and some with crown glass. Right part has a 3-light
casement to ground floor with wood lintel and over the porch a small fixed light
window with wood lintel. To right a 3-light wood casement window with
wrought-iron casement fastener and wood lintel. 3-light C20 dormer. Interior:
stop-chamfered beams and stop-chamfered joists. Inglenook fireplace with bread
oven recess and stop-chamfered bressumer. Stone flags.
