Row of 3 cottages. C17. Timber framed with whitewashed brick infill. Late C20 tile roof; brick stacks. U-plan. One storey and attic with dormers; 5-window range. No.21 has plank door, No.23 four-panelled, No.25 late C20. Mostly late C20 casements. No.21 has small late C20 dormers; No.25 has small rectangular bay and half dormers. Left gable end has complete exposed framing with jowled posts. To rear: Nos.21 and 23 have wing with large gable and exposed framing. No.25 has timber framed wing obscured by additions. Interior: No.21 has exposed framing with some exposed wattle infill. Corner open fireplace; winder stairs.
