Town house. Probably C18, remodelled mid C19 and later. Render
on studwork; steep dry Delabole slate roof with 2 slate-hung
gabled roof dormers with mid-C19 12-pane hornless sashes;
brick end stacks. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys plus attic;
3-window range with late C19 four-pane sashes within moulded
wooden architraves on plinths over sills with brackets. Ground
floor has 1920s 1:4-light transomed shop front with splayed
doorway towards left, with sidelights and glazed door plus
canted sidelight at far right, all with patterned leaded
glazing to top lights. INTERIOR not inspected. Included for
group value.
