Attached house and shop. Early C19. Stucco with limestone
dressings, brick gable stacks and pantile mansard roof.
Double-depth plan. Late Georgian style. 3 storeys; 2-window
range. Pilasters to a cornice and parapet, ramped up at the
ends. Paired right-hand doorways have raised ashlar surrounds
with impost blocks and cornice, 2-pane overlights, a 6-panel
door, the upper 4 raised, to the left and C20 door to the
right. Contemporary shallow tripartite bowed shop front (a
fine example) has reeded jambs, roundels and a cornice, with
8/8-pane and flanking 4/4-pane sashes; 8/8-pane first-floor
and 4/8-pane second-floor sashes, single dormer and a
segmental basement arch. INTERIOR not inspected.
