suggesting earlier fabric; some timber-framing remains back
left. 2 storeys, 2-windowed. 16-pane sashes to first floor,
C20 light and 12-pane, ground floor, all to wide V-joint
lintels, but the 3 larger windows were formerly approx 330mm
wider each side of the opening, now to straight joints.
Off-centre right a 6-panel fielded door under a timber 'plate
tracery' fanlight, all in pilaster surround to moulded
cornice. Painted stone cornice, blocking in later brickwork,
lofty brick stacks to right and left. INTERIOR not inspected.
