standard. High valve to domed canopy of lantern. Panels on base with
raised legens: WEBB LAMP COMPANY LTD., BIRMINGHAM on north; J.E. WEBB'S
PATENT SEWER GAS DESTRUCTOR on south. Ladder rest at top of standard.
