Small cottage extension to No 74. c1830. Stuccoed with hipped slate roof.
2 storeys, 1 window. Wide eaves cornice with paired brackets. 1 sash with verti-
cal glazing bars only. Left side doorcase with cornice, console brackets and 4
panelled doors. Included for group value.
