A flair circa 1840. 2 storeys and semi-basement stuccoed. No 110 colourwashed.
Hipped slate roof. Parapet. Dropped eaves cornice and pediment in centre supported
on 4 pilasters through the 1st floor. 3 sashes, the outer ones 3-light and also
flanked by pilasters. Ground floor rusticated. 2 3-light curved bows with pilasters
between forming balconies to lst floor. Central doorcases with cornices, Doric
half-columns and rectangular fanlight. Steps to street. Footscrapers.

Nos 109 to 113 (consec) form a group. (Nos 111 to 113 (consec) are local interest
buildings).
