Formerly No 40. This has been refronted in the mid C19 and the front
carried up much higher than the houses on either side, although only 2
storeys and attic, 1 window, 1 dormer with hipped tiled roof. Red
brick; rendered on west side, 1 sash window in reveals on 1st and ground
floors; glazing bars intact; rubbed brick voussoirs. Round headed doorway;
door with 4 moulded panels and semi-circular fanlight over.

Nos 16 to 48 (Even) form a group.
