Mid C18 [marked on 1785 map]. Refronted in mid C19. Red brick north elevation:
remainder nodular flint with red brick dressings. Pitched tile roof. Red brick
chimneys.
2 storeys. 3 ranges of double-hung sash windows with no glazing bars on 1st floor
Ground floor has 2 canted bay windows with Tuscan pilasters at corners, moulded
cornice, and double-hung sashes with no glazing bars. These flank doorway in
frame with shouldered architrave, triple keystone and pediment over supported
by consoles. Door with 6 moulded panels.

Nos 45 to 63 (odd), 67 to 73 (odd) and 77 to 83 (odd) form a group with
Nos 46 to 62 (even) and with pavements and railings.
