Early C19 square Gothic cottage of toll-house type. Two storeys. Two windows.
Ashlar. Wide eaves cornice. Hipped slate roof. Casement windows, of 2 wide pointed
lights each with diamond-shaped panes. Doorway with flat hood on brackets.
