Cottage. Late C16/Early Cl7 with C20 extensions and restoration. Timber framed,
exposed, with C20 brick infilling ground floor centre and right, whitewashed
brick infill above to right, whitewashed render infill on gable wing. Plain-
tiled roof with tile hung gable to left with some diamond-point and fishscale
patterning. T-shaped plan with multiple stacks to left of centre. Two storeys
with tension braces to first floor of gabled wing, ogee bracing to first floor
right. Two framed bays to right with four diamond-pane,leaded casement windows
on the first floor and one square-pane window to the left of the stacks. Four
square-pane leaded casement windows on the ground floor. One 3-light,diamond-
pane window to first floor of wing, one 2-light and adjacent 3-light windows on
ground floor. Left hand return front:- pentice courses of tiles on braces,over
ground floor. Door to left. Rear:- two gables to centre and right with tiled
entices across.
