2 late C18 or early C19 houses. 3 storeys and attic. 4 windows and 4 dormers
in all. Red brick. String-course above 1st floor. Cornice and parapet.
Mansarded slate roof. The westernmost house has a modern shop window. Nos
159 and 161 have a modern brick projection on the ground floor with modern
bow window with glazing bars to the west and round headed doorway. Photograph
in the NMR.

Nos 155 to 171 (odd) form a group.
