Boat house. Mid C19. Ground floor red brick with diaper pattern. First floor
vertical tongued and grooved boarding painted white. Gabled roof of diamond
pattern asbestos cement slates. Two storey rectangular plan. On ground floor
boat house doors under large balcony. Moulded corner posts with turned spindles
to balustrade. Fringe of shaped pelmet boards at balcony floor level extends
round building. Similar fringe at eaves level. Barge board with loop ornament.
Gable end filled with vertical boards shaped and pierced. Balcony posts
with steel columns.
