Early C19 small villa of 2 storeys, 3 windows and lower, set back right bay. Low
pitched slated roof with deep eaves soffit. Stucco with incised lines. Sash
windows with glazing bars. Ground floor later canted bays with entablatures flank
6-panel door with patterned oblong fanlight in panelled reveal. Cornice head
extends to become abaci of pilasters supporting bracketed cornice hood.

Nos 18A, 20, 24, 26 including Coach-house, and 28 Upper West Street and Nos 24 and
24A West Street form a group.
