Cottage. 1861 in Lovelace Style. Flint rubble with brick and terracotta dressings;
slate roofs with ridge cresting. T shaped plan. 2 storeys with gable end to street.
Quatrefoil pattern band over ground floor and stack to centre of gable end. 2 shields
and plaques on stack; one casement window either side on each floor.
Entrance front (to right): Projecting gable bay to right end with 3 shields and crests
in apex. 3 casement windows with original glazing bars to first floor, under cambered
heads, and in chamfered surrounds. One similar window to ground floor right. Pentice
roofed, open porch to centre with door to left.
